Greetings from Southern Ivy, Maddocha This small community located just southwest of Hardaway is a great place to call "home." Excellent city services, outstanding parks and facilities, safe neighborhoods, strong churches, and exemplary schools all provide for a quality lifestyle and a sense of community. Today, we are very close to completing our residential development and have more than 57,000 residents living in this community all enjoying the high standards of living Southern Ivy has to offer. Past leaders set the standard and formed the foundation that has made Southern Ivy one of the most desirable communities in the area. We have grown tremendously during this past decade and are proud to have maintained our appeal. The City has responded positively to change and will continue to do so as our community matures.
