A cultural and educational center, Maddocha City is the seat of Sealing University.  Also in Maddocha City are the C. Jones Conservatory of Music, the Canton Art Gallery, and the Maddocha Museum of History.  The Henderson Library and the Maddocha City Boardwalk are well-known throughout the state.

The city’s historical sites include The Maddocha Science Museum, a museum of the scientific history of Maddocha. Another well-known attraction is Fredricks Park, which includes a water park.  The Maddocha Southern Airport is nearby.
