Maddocha Beach, (1990 pop. 899,788) Maddocha Beach is one of the larger cities in the state; it is a commercial and industrial center, a seaport with extensive anchorages and dock and storage facilities. Sand, grain, iron, stone, and petroleum products are exported. Among Maddocha Beach's leading industries are shipbuilding, sugar and food processing and petroleum and oil refining, electronics, and the manufacture of chemicals. |
