Lady Pearl's mother, Mary Thomas, had visions of Lady Pearl being a society matron when she was born in 1846.  Lady Pearl had other plans.  Lady Pearl was a tomboy from the time she could walk.  She loved to fight, handle guns, and ride horses. She was always getting into trouble.

At the age of 16, she left her mother's home and journeyed to Dorinda.  When she reached Dorinda, she began to work at the M O K Saloon as a bouncer.  While she worked at the saloon, she met Sally Allen who was the girlfriend of One-Eyed Ole Bee, a member of the Revenge Riders.  One-Eyed Ole Bee introduced Lady Pearl to Harvey Jonas in 1862.  Lady Pearl rode with the Revenge Riders after that. She was in more than 40 gunfights, more than half of the gunfights were with men.  Lady Pearl won all of her gunfights.

Lady Pearl met her demise in 1869. Lady Pearl returned to Dorinda with Harvey Jonas in late 1868 to announce their engagement.  The two were to be married in May of 1869.  On April 14, 1869, Harvey and Pearl were killed.  A bounty hunter that had been chasing Harvey and Pearl for some time heard that the two outlaws were supposed to be in Dorinda.  The bounty hunter came to Dorinda and found the two outlaws.

The two outlaws had attended a party the night before. At the party, a colleague of the bounty hunter reportedly got the two outlaws very drunk.  When the two outlaws went to their home, they both fell into a deep sleep.  The bounty hunter killed the two outlaws in their sleep. It is believed that Harvey's brother, Lewis Jonas, was responsible for telling the bounty hunter that Harvey was in Dorinda.
