Highest Court
The highest court in Maddocha is the Supreme Court.
The seven judges that sit on the Maddocha Supreme Court are popularly elected to eight-year terms.
One judge is elected by the court to serve a two-year term as chief justice.

Intermediate Appellate Court
The Court of Appeals
The forty-eight judges that serve in the Court of Appeals are popularly elected judges.

Recorder's Court
There are forty-nine judges and circuit courts.
There are 300 judges in the state's major trial courts.  These judges are elected by popular vote.
Each county has a probate court and many larger municipalities have district courts.
